   • Harrass, threaten, or say untrue things about anyone.
   • Break the law, especially copyright law.
   • Paste anything that you've been told not to paste by the original author.
   • Advertising of any goods or services is not allowed.


2. Content
   
   You accept all risk and liability for the things you paste, PastePal will not be held responsible for your choices.
   
   PastePal does not screen pastes but reserves the right to remove them at will for any reason, especially content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this agreement.
   
   PastePal may monitor pastes and may deny access to individuals who break these rules.


3. Usage
   
   You accept all risk and liability. PastePal cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or injury that comes about either directly or indirectly through the use of the PastePal site and services.
   
   Any information you retrieve or use from PastePal is done at your own risk.


4. Private Pastes
   
   Although PastePal offers private pasting for convenience you should evaluate this feature and ensure it meets your definition of privacy and your standard of risk management. If there is any doubt over privacy and security do not paste.
